IIRC, there is also some other precondition checks before initialized, Would you mind to give another check? such as `org.apache.hadoop.hdfs.server.datanode.DataNode#initReplicaRecovery` or `replicaHandler = datanode.data.createRbw(storageType, storageId, block, allowLazyPersist);` (which datanode.data is null before DataNode initialized) at [here](https://github.com/apache/hadoop/blob/b7edc6c60ca9e17c4f6a7d07aad5efbd7c2e3b40/hadoop-hdfs-project/hadoop-hdfs/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/hdfs/server/datanode/BlockReceiver.java#L219). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
