Looking at these test failures:
* on a full run -- three of the test runs -- I see ~100-120 failures.
* looking at the hdfs server, hdfs router, and mapreduce, failures, the
tests fail for me locally whether the patch is in place or not except for one
test, see the last bullet
* I ignore the yarn failures ruling them as unrelated to this minor change
in an aspect of NameNode node tracking.
* The hdfs test TestBPOfferService failed in two of the three runs above.
It passes locally. Flakey?
Let me try pushing a patch w/ no functional change to see what list of
failures I get.
