$ hadoop dfs -ls
DEPRECATED: Use of this script to execute hdfs command is deprecated.
Instead use the hdfs command for it.

If we're still letting the command run, I think we should redirect the
deprecation message to stderr in case users have a script taking the output
from stdout.
