Thanks [~ayushtkn]. I believe the strong dependency on log4j1 (making
inevitable migration to slf4j difficult) was the main concern and hence this
Jira was marked "Incompatible change", perhaps we can also make release note
mention about this?
I agree with Public-Stable API guidelines but since we have strong reason, do
you think we should be good with one fat notice during 3.4.0 release (in
addition to release note)? Please let me know what you think should be the
appropriate steps.
