The test ITestWasbUriAndConfiguration.testCanonicalServiceName() is failing in
its intercept
[ERROR] ITestWasbUriAndConfiguration.testCanonicalServiceName:656 Expected a
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException to be thrown, but got the result: :
"20.38.122.132:0"
Root cause is: the mock account in
AzureBlobStorageTestAccount.MOCK_ACCOUNT_NAME is
"mockAccount.blob.core.windows.net" and *someone has created that account*
This means it resolves
nslookup mockAccount.blob.core.windows.net
Server: 172.18.64.15
Address: 172.18.64.15#53
