Planned process
# get branch-3.2 building
# see the current state of the 3.2 tests. I think they get a bit confused with
test buckets which are size 0/PAYG; I will ignore those failures as one of the
patches and the SDK update addresses that..
# cherry pick each patch in order; rebuild and do a unit test run on each
# plus those test cases changed
# and every few CPs do a full test run
# then merge
+repeat
Now, I actually have backported a lot of these to branch-3.1 based code (CDP,
HDP), including fixup for mockito changes. I could pull those specific fixes
in, though I'd rather actually upgrade mockito in branch-3.2
