You can enable these tests today. I'm going with
-Dparallel-tests -DtestsThreadCount=8 -Dfailsafe.runOrder=random -Dscale
And I've added surefire-* to my global git ignore. I don't have any real
understanding of the balanced options...really I want slow tasks to run first
so we don't get held up by a single straggler in the parallel phase
