The endpoint itself can be reused, but I don't think the PrometheusMetricsSink
class can be reused because the classes are developed separately. In this
patch, I removed Ozone/HDDS specific code (handling RocksDB related metrics)
from the PrometheusMetricsSink class in Hadoop common.
