current and homesParent seem too tied up to TrashPolicyDefault to be moved up
to TrashPolicy. I don't think any other TrashPolicy would make use of these two
vars. I will move fs, trash and deletionInterval to TrashPolicy.
I will also make TrashPolicy InterfaceAudience.Public.
Does anyone have any ideas for how to resolve the FindBug issue? I explained it
in a previous comment.
