Description: After HADOOP-14163, Apache Hadoop website is generated by hugo
and is deployed by pushing the doc to asf-site branch. Therefore, Forrest and
Subversion are not needed and can be removed from Dockerfile. (was: After
HADOOP-14163, Apache Hadoop website is generated by hugo. Forrest can be
removed.)
