bq. yes, both S3a and wasb ignore the scheme and authority in the Path which
is passed into filesystem operation.
FileContext APIs are fussier there; I know that as I'm dealing with some
default port issues related to HADOOP-14556 when delegation tokens are turned
on; issues which I don't understand at at all. wasb already has DT support, so
I am assuming it all works properly here already.
