symlink and 7000 IO ops less than before.
To make it clear, this comes from switching from {{winutils symlink}} to
{{FileUtil#symLink}} in {{ContainerLaunch}}. Right?
The semantic change is a different discussion; that one comes from running the
code directly before instead of adding it to the cmd/sh that launches the
container.
