Well spotted
Now, this patch is going near all the object stores. I know they aren't your
store, but would you mind do a run through of at least wasb, adl & s3a to see
how they react to this? I like to have them tested before committing any change
to the tests which span them as well as local and hdfs. This will line you up
for making bigger changes to the FS codebase in future
