HADOOP-14267 was marked as incompatible change when it was proposed. The goal
and the reason behind that was very clear in the description. Clients moving to
3.0 were expected to use the new Builder pattern for constructing
DistCpOptions. You can add workaround to bring back any constructor for general
use case, but reverting the origin change does not make sense to me. Thanks,
