Thanks [~bharatviswa].
I had an offline discussion with [~arpitagarwal]. We do not need to add kdiag
to hdfs and yarn. It is sufficient to add it to hadoop cli.
Patch v00 is good. I am sorry about the extra revisions, Bharat.
