Release Note: Aliyun OSS is widely used among China’s cloud users and this
work implemented a new Hadoop compatible filesystem AliyunOSSFileSystem with
oss:// scheme, similar to the s3a and azure support. (was: OSS is widely used

support. Currently, the feature is support in 2.9.1. )
Status: Resolved (was: Patch Available)
I'm going to mark this as "Resolved", to track the fact that it's been
committed to branch-2 and branch-2.9. I also changed the release note to omit
the version information (this should be implied by context).
