I tested in us-west-2
- Ran ITestS3GuardToolDynamoDB
- Played around with the new `hadoop s3guard` commands.
- Used -guarded w/ and w/o s3guard configured.
- Tried -auth / -nonauth, -encryption none
- bucket-info alone
