TestRaceWhenRelogin tracked at HADOOP-14078, TestLambdaTestUtils tracked at
HADOOP-13882, TestDNS tracked at HADOOP-13101, TestKDiag tracked at
HADOOP-14030. TestZKFailoverController and TestShellBasedUnixGroupsMapping I
was unable to reproduce locally.
