IJ will go wither way with a popup, provided the language level == java 8. Set
it to 7 and it forgets about Lambdas so removed the one-button-convert to
callable.
I did a mixture of intelliJ work (initial bits) & then manual to deal with
those which I'd missed, and the need to mark more variables as final
