Is this just an s3a URL? Or how else will it be referenced?
h2. use cases
What support/use cases do you propose we offer. I think distcp and basic FS
browsing should be allowed, but not worry too much about more complex uses.
Out of bounds
* direct output from analytics work (e.g. committers)
* fs operations in the shell
h3. failure detect report
if s3a is the protocol, and things fail if you try to do forbidden ops
(delete?) then how is that reported to S3A in a way we can meaningfully present
"snowball is write once"?
