Interesting.. Sure looks like it is a child of the parent. Here is the check
that is failing:
{code}
Preconditions.checkArgument(p.getParent().equals(path),
"childPath %s must be a child of %s", p, path);
{code}
Which appears to use {{URI#equals()}}.
I'm guessing the use of equals() here is too restrictive. We could print out
{{URI}} fields or set a breakpoint to figure out where the {{URI#equals()}} is
failing.
