the accessTime of FileStatus got by SFTPFileSystem's getFileStatus method is
always 0
private FileStatus getFileStatus(ChannelSftp channel, LsEntry sftpFile,
Path parentPath) throws IOException {
SftpATTRS attr = sftpFile.getAttrs();

long modTime = attr.getMTime() * 1000; // convert to milliseconds
