bq. The Home directories over S3 are required to have a colon in their object
path as: aws:username, aws:userid, and aws:principaltype
that's unrelated to hadoop paths, as that's information in resource policies.
There's no support in hadoop for IAM permissions; client code assumes the
ability to write all the way down the root of a bucket. Separate buckets with
separate permissions is the standard practise
