updates LGTM; I'll commit these
regarding the various xml auth files, I think I managed to confuse myself. I
can see that my test setup has the file, and that its not under SCM, so think
we do still need it -even if it just contains an {{Xinclude auth-keys.xml}}
tag. I wasn't going to change things in this patch though, which is purely docs
(and so low risk)
