bq. IIRC this was fixed and reverted recently as the new logo broke the site
layout.
That was a different issue. The new logo from HADOOP-13184 was taller than the
old one, and that broke the site layout. As long as the new ASF logo is the
same height we shouldn't have a problem.
This should probably also replace the ASF feather logo we have on some pages.
