Summary: Clean up AliyunOss integration tests

Noticed some clean up can be done to the tests, major following some
conventions like done for others (Azure). For example:
1. OSSContract => AliyunOSSFileSystemContract
2. OSSTestUtils => AliyunOSSTestUtils
3. All the tests like TestOSSContractCreate => TestAliyunOSSContractCreate
