This issue proposes to enhance the {{FileSystem}} specification by describing
the expected semantics of {{FileSystem#close}} and adding corresponding
contract tests. Notable aspects are that the method must be idempotent as
dictated by {{java.io.Closeable}} and closing also interacts with the
delete-on-exit feature.
