This jira is marked fixed in 2.9.0, which is true. However, it is worth noting
that the affected file,
hadoop-common-project/hadoop-common/src/test/java/org/apache/hadoop/http/TestHttpServerLogs.java,
is new in 2.9.0. That is, it was not introduced to branch-2 until after
branch-2.8 was forked off, so the issue does not exist in 2.8.0 or earlier.
