Hello [~atm],
Thanks for your detailed review and the nice comments! They all look good and I
will update the patch accordingly. The idea of combining encoder and decoder
sounds good and doable now because we have moved the real implementation codes
to the common utility places. It will also be easier to configure the coder
now, and we thus won't need the coder factory any more. I will consider this
and do it separately as you suggested.
