Actually, what may be good is for this to appear @ info in the deprecation log,
that is, "org.apache.hadoop.conf.Configuration.deprecation" . That way, it's
got specific text, but anyone who turns off deprecation complaints doesn't get
the message. And with a custom log entry, no confusion about what to do
