I updated the patch. Since HADOOP-11613 came in, we don't need to fix
hadoop-azure/pom.xml.
HADOOP-11614 seems to need more time. I would like to fix the dependency of
hadoop-common first. We can update hadoop-openstack/pom.xml later in
HADOOP-11614.
