Current hadoop configurations is very complex, our customer always want simple
log4j configurations, for example, they use same configurations for all audit
log, and same configurations for all system log for both hdfs and yarn. I am
not sure that if user set -Dsecurity.audit.logger=WARN, any important info will
be lost. so it is this jira background.
