[~iwasakims] thanks for the work. This patch also depends on HADOOP-11613
(Remove httpclient dependency from hadoop-azure) and HADOOP-11614 (Remove
httpclient dependency from hadoop-openstack) Could you also review that two
JIRAs as well? Thanks again.
