When running the S3A integration tests against GCS's S3-compatibile XML API
endpoint, I see several failures:

[ERROR] Tests run: 1382, Failures: 18, Errors: 153, Skipped: 311

I'm pretty sure I have the right configuration set up to avoid using S3
features that aren't compatible with GCS:

I'm also pretty sure this test suite in this configuration has passed 100% for
me in the past.
I don't know yet if this is a misconfiguration on my part or if it means there
is some change in 3.5.0 that requires additional configuration to turn off bits
incompatible with GCS. This is overall a minor issue, because 3.5.0 now ships
with hadoop-gcp for native GCS integration.
