The following changes are planned:
* Update to latest version
* Extract RegEx pattern to static final variables, and make them actual
compiled Pattern objects
* Reduce the amount of replaceAll if possible
* Add Strategy for disabling compression of StreamableResources, like
org.apache.tapestry5.webresources.GoogleClosureMinimizerOptionsProvider does
without focus on options
* Transfer Test-CSS from
[https://github.com/yui/yuicompressor/tree/master/tests] to ensure it's working
as intended (License!)
