Log:
On the staging web site, replace references to freenode with libera.chat.
Two things which aren't available yet on the new libera.chat service:
- webchat (kiwiirc.com seems to be recommended? need an official solution)
- matrix bridge (apparently being worked on)
I have wrapped our links to such services in HTML comment markers for now.
