[SPARK-18490][SQL] duplication nodename extrainfo for ShuffleExchange ## What changes were proposed in this pull request? In ShuffleExchange, the nodename's extraInfo are the same when exchangeCoordinator.isEstimated is true or false. Merge the two situation in the PR.
