### Motivation `PersistentReplicator.acquirePermitsIfNotFetchingSchema()` prevents multiple `cursor.read` from happening concurrently; it relies on whether the latest `InFlightTask` is done. When PersistentReplicator receives an error when reading entries, the latest `InFlightTask` never completes, in other words, PersistentReplicator should mark the latest `InFlightTask` as done, but did not. ### Modifications - Mark the latest `InFlightTask` as done if read entries failed. ### Does this pull request potentially affect one of the following parts: <!-- DO NOT REMOVE THIS SECTION.
