The current Pulsar client supports a https serviceUrl for connecting to a Pulsar cluster. Decide whether this is supported for scalable topics. Another detail that comes into mind here is how to handle cases where there are mixed version Pulsar clusters where some brokers can handle scalable topics and some not.
