   Can you put human readable time string? Something like 
`2024-11-09T03:21:59.989Z` makes debugging much easier.

   I actually prefer "SegmentRefreshTask" over "RefreshSegmentTask". Whichever 
name you pick, please make sure it's used everywhere.
