This PR adds Rajat Venkatesh and Bolek Ziobrowski as collaborators. They have (and will!) be working on Apache Pinot for a while and having them as collaborators open the possibility of: - They will be able to apply some small changes on PRs (like adding labels, which is very useful) - Their name will be listed in Reviewers combo box, so it is going to be easier to ask them to review some PRs.
