`MultiStageOperator` - [x] added `getMetadataBlock()` API which sets termination flag to true and propagate upstream. - [ ] any operator should only call `getMetadataBlock()` to return a successful EOS, it should not generate directly EOS via TransferrableBlockUtil anymore `Mailbox`es - [x] `SendingMailbox` and `ReceivingMailbox` now bear a contract to indicate whether early termination has occur from upstream (receiving --> sending) - [x] `ReceivingMailbox` uses early terminate flag to indicate backward signaling from `ReceiveOperator` - [ ] `SendingMailbox` propagate the backward signaling to `SendingOperator` -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
