Long time ago, Apache Pinot repository included ThirdEye code. That code was moved to their own repository (https://github.com/project-thirdeye/thirdeye), but there some spurious files (mainly docker and helm related) survived in this repository. This PR removes them. There are several reason to do this: - Reduce confusion - Increase confidence in both projects. ThirdEye docker image stored here wasn't updated and contained vulnerabilities. I've removed all ThirdEye files I've found. I've also looked for references to these files and weren't able to find any.
