- Currently, csv record reader makes the assumption that the first row will be the header. - The PR adds a new configuration `fillDefaultHeaderWhenMissing`, which will fill the default header when the header is missing from the file. - default header will follow the pattern: `col_0, col_1, col_2...` -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
