Creating this to track issue received in user feedback. Yet to take a look
NOT IN subquery not working
Query:

SET useMultistageEngine=true;
select DISTINCT(orderID) from foodOrderFact where orderState = 'NEW' and
orderID NOT in (select DISTINCT(orderID) from foodOrderFact where orderState !=
'NEW');
```
