## Description This PR removes the need to enable peer segment download scheme for using split commit in realtime tables. Testing pending ## Release Notes * Introducing a new table level config to explicitly disable split commit - Details TBD Label: `enhancement` , `refactor` ## Discussion for reviewers This PR makes the split commit to be the default for all realtime tables. That would make this a backward incompatible change. Should we instead make split commit as opt-in?
