Remove the ConvertToRawIndex minion task for the following reasons: 1. Pinot supports on-the-fly index conversion now, so this minion task is no longer needed 2. The task requires v1 segment format, which is deprecated long time back 3. This task was introduced as a POC of the minion framework 4. I'm pretty sure there is no user using this task now.
