Review Comment:
Same as previous case. What does the rest request return, and how will the
caller differentiate between "no input files" (presumably an error condition)
and "no table of this table type"?
Perhaps one way is to throw specific exceptions and field them in the API so
that the right messages can be returned to the caller (with the right http
code).
