This is awesome, looking forward to this! Some points need to be handled when adding a new data type: - Converting from user input (number/string) to internal representation (bytes) (you should be able to find examples from TIMESTAMP type support) - Comparing values (we cannot reuse the bytes comparison because that won't apply to big decimals) - Conversion between data types -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
