@chenboat @Jackie-Jiang @mcvsubbu I removed the in-memory cache targeted for alleviate ZK access. Meanwhile I still keep the two controller configs: 1. `controller.realtime.segment.deepStoreUploadRetryEnabled`: The flag to indicate enabled / disabled. 2. `controller.realtime.segment.deepStoreUploadRetryRangeInDays`: Keep this flag for incremental rollout out.
